Refund and Returns Policy

PURCHASING NFT:

AJ’s Sporting Goods LLC presents NFTs for sale, but to qualify you must answer the question correctly to qualify.

You will receive 1 NFT for each number purchased. The numbers listed under each sweepstakes is only there to put a list together in numerical order. You may purchase as many NFTs as you please per sweepstakes. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.

Once a NFT is sold out it will go into pending status until we are able to run a randomizer for results. You may check back on your account to find which NFTs are awaiting results and check to see who won the item for FREE! There will only be 1 winner of each giveaway unless otherwise stated in the description of the NFT listed.

The way we find a winner for the freebie is by using a verified list randomizer. This randomizer is ran by running a digital two dice roll with a minimum of 5 rounds and a maximum of 12 rounds. Then it will randomize the list that X amount of rounds and the name or names on top depending on NFT freebie description will win the giveaway! There will also be a video recording showing the results being found as video evidence. If the video has an error and cannot be uploaded the results of the random stand as the results are verified and the link provided allows you to look into the past randoms ran on that account to prove that the results were only ran once.

The results of the giveaway winners will be found at a minimum of once per day in bulk batches of any sold out NFTs. Or as time is allowed. So check back as much as you please. The link to the results will be active for 30 days, and after the 30 days the link becomes invalid. If you do not remember to check the results the admin team will have the winners name listed on our servers. If you wish to request a list of winners for specific items please reach out to us via usps with a written request that includes a return envelope and instructions of which NFTs you would like the information to. No refunds available on any NFT purchases
Participants are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations regarding the item being sent
Giveaways cover Florida taxes and shipping to 48 continental states, additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii
All giveaway winners will be listed on the sold-out NFTs
Results of closed NFTs will be listed daily by 9 pm Eastern, unless closed after the daily results run
If a winner is unable to pick up an item due to state laws, they can send it back at their own expense for a maximum 50% refund of wholesale value or it will be sold to local FFL
If a winner fails a background check, there is a 0% refund and the item will be returned to AJ’S Sporting Goods LLC or sold to the FFL it was sent to
Ammunition NFTs require FFL choice at checkout for certain states (e.g. IL, NY, NJ)
If a winner is found to be legally unable to receive the item before shipment, they can request a 50% normal retail markup refund
All sales are final on individual NFTs, and refunds are only available for events beyond the results of the NFT
Participants are responsible for understanding their responsibilities, and not AJ’S Sporting Goods LLC
Participants are responsible for the cost of the FFL transfer.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

• RETURNS

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.

  Sales on the following items are final:

  1. Special orders.
  2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  3. NFA items.
  4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

   

• USED FIREARMS

  Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.

• GENERAL FIREARM SALES

  All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

  All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

• SECURE TRANSMISSION

  All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor’s Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

• ORDER FULFILLMENT

  All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

• ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

  Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

• AMMUNITION PURCHASES

  You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
